Income Eligibility Requirements

The Louisiana Homeowner Assistance Fund will provide financial assistance to homeowners experiencing financial hardship after January 21, 2020, and meeting income eligibility requirements, based on U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development income data.

To meet the income eligibility requirements, homeowners must have an income equal to or less than 150 percent of the area median income for their household size or 100% of the median income for the United States, whichever is greater. The 2022 100% U.S. Median Income is $90,000.
